• Violates your legal rights (genuinely — not just your feelings)
• Is factually incorrect and has caused you actual harm
• Constitutes defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material under Indian law
• Infringes on your intellectual property

3. A clear description of the issue and what you want done about it
